- Children have PE on a Monday and Thursday. Please ensure your child has their PE kit with appropriate footwear.
- Children should have their reading book and reading diary in school every day. Please read as much as you can with your child at home and write a comment to let us know how they are doing.
- Children need a water bottle in school which will be kept in the classroom.
Where the Wild Things Are
This week children have really enjoyed reading ‘Where the Wild Things Are’. They thought of some great power words to describe Max’s room and then made their own setting with a partner.
Our Visit to Souter Lighthouse
We had a fun packed day at Souter Lighthouse. We enjoyed exploring the different parts of the lighthouse and all climbed to the very top! We found out what life was like over a hundred years ago and even got to play with some of the toys! In the afternoon we all enjoyed making lighthouses which Mrs Cowan has displayed in our classroom.
